Theme Evenings

The NMA theme evenings offer, in addition to the monthly reading circle a supplement and alternative for participants and interested parties. For each quarterly theme there is a subsequent event, which builds on the discussions and the works read. For this our team carefully selects speakers who will enrich the evening with their input, followed by an interactive discussion. The NMA theme evenings offer another platform for female academics in and around Hamburg to deal with socially critical topics and at the same time to be able to network with the most diverse people. Beside the contextual focus it is always an important for us to engage with art and music, to appreciate the arts and to round off the evenings with them.
